Vietnam, one of the countries in Southeast Asia is going through a fast process of transformation and rapidly becoming one of the most famous tourist destinations in the region. Tan Son Nhat International Airport (airport code: SGN) is the biggest international airport in Vietnam when it comes to land area. It has the capacity to handle more than 15 million passengers every year, compared to the capacity of Noi Bai Airport which is 8 million travelers. Also, it is the biggest airports in terms of passenger traffic (with more than 11 million passengers each year). Vietnam Airlines, AirAsia, Air France, Bangkok Airways, China Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Japan Airlines and Singapore Airlines are only some of the air carriers serving Vietnam.
